Dustan Buckley

Dr. Dustan Buckley is a lifelong Oklahoman and grew up in Edmond where she still lives with her husband and two children. She is a full-time internal medicine physician and has practiced at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City for more than 20 years.

Dustan enjoys many types of art but started as a bead weaver about ten years ago. She transitioned to stunning dramatic pendants featuring semiprecious stones, fossils and art glass all surrounded in wire wrap and wire weaving. She also created wonderful wire chokers to suspend the pendants from. Dr. Buckley uses her creative energies in jewelry making as a relaxing way to unwind from a busy medical practice day.

Dustan, a member of Oklahoma Artists Invitational art shows for over 10 shows,  has received the Anchor Artists award.   Twice a year her large clientele look forward to her latest stunning original jewelry creations. Her daughter, Emily Buckley, is following in her footsteps by creating intriguing chain mail chokers, necklaces and bracelets.
